RedM
Why do I have the image in my head of you 2 sitting at your PC's in a ring, miles away from each other, with guys with buckets mopping your brows whilst you type?... because you are weird. jamesmark
I wonder if this is up there with the other threads that have just went WAY off topic?

DaveK
I wonder if this is up there with the other threads that have just went WAY off topic? Well, you two are still bitching so technically it's still on topic.

Class One
The Mods has never been involved in me and Martins banter, they have only (behind the scenes) checked if it was banter. That is correct, a wee while back I pm'd Martin, because I was concerned re a thread where I perceived the banter might actually be serious. Now if I perceive that, then others may do so as well. So I checked, and was assured that it was only just that, banter, however, to some, if they are not "in" on the joke, may quite easily perceive it to be something else. My sensible head suggestion would be, that rather than take matters into your own hands sbout something that may be bothering you, instead either pm a mod or use the report post function and let the mods look into it for you. That course of action, may avoid threads like this one. But to balance it out, if I was the recipient of a pm that was bothersome or "threatening", then again I would bring it to the attention of the mods, rather than starting a thread like this. No there's nothing wrong with a bit of "in" banter and such like, but, on the other hand when a joke has run it's course..... For example.... Ricky Gervais, has he reached his zenith and began to wain after that lord awful performance during the Diana memorial concert, or still a comedy genius? Has the "dance routine" worn a bit thin now? Time to move on methinks.....

mikeyb10supra
:D Not realising that the majority should be taken with a rather large pinch of salt. Large truckload at times... If you remeber this, you will go far with your supra....fail to heed this advice especially on this forum it could end in in a mess (turbo fit comes to mind).....certainly something I do unless its certain people spouting the knowledge to name a few I WOULD listen to (Ian C, Alex, Digsy, TLicence, CW, Terry S, Mig) RedM, this is my one-time response to your deliberate provokation. You accuse me of "Giving you grief" - I said what lots of other people were thinking: that you should shut up bickering with JamesMark, because it's old and very tired. . I detect some jelously....maybe martin and James will let you jump on the banter bandwagon if your feeling left out

mawby
For example.... Ricky Gervais, has he reached his zenith and began to wain after that lord awful performance during the Diana memorial concert, or still a comedy genius? Has the "dance routine" worn a bit thin now?Has he ever been funny? I don't think so. He's not made me laugh once and is certainly no comedy genius. I'd rather amuse myself with a cheescake, a hampster and some stickyback plastic than have to watch Ricky Gervais.

RedM
What would you be doing with said items to amuse yourself? I was wondering that.
