tbourner
Come on then, lets hear your ideas for names for a dog. And BTW it's a wolf-looking arctic sled thingy, so not 'Rover'.

tbourner
Nanook or Nanuk and Tikaani seem to be pretty popular, and we don't want to copy everyone else! Kaiya is our current favourite. Thought about Dief but Zoe didn't like it. It's hard finding something that doesn't mean 'toilet' in Inuit, and will also sound good when shouting it out the back door!!

tbourner
Good ones. We haven't seen that site either, have a look later. We're also looking at some Japanese names, they'd probably be better for an Akita or something but I do love Japanese stuff , so something like Toumoku, Kone, Ookami or something like that might be OK. Jspec Germany
Um... male or female? Edit - If it's male, name him Kai. I don't think I need to explain.
tbourner
Not sure yet, we're probably going for a boy though, and although Kaiya can't really be used for a male I didn't really fancy Kai. I'm just looking for alternatives.
