Bobbeh
The guy I bought my Supra off got one of those, he liked it, said it didnt have as much go as the Supra, but it pulls the chicks
Hy-Performance
LOL, bet it does 0-60 is about 5.5 isnt it??? Supra is 5.0 ish depending on driver, top end on ferrari is 170mph, 0-100 is 11 ish secs!!! Not too shabby ;
GeordieSteve
Oh they go pretty well... I didn't try to overtake but think I could have. Just stuck well behind him all the way... still wouldn't mind one on my drive tho
Hy-Performance
Mmmmmmm insurance Ill have a think Just keep the Supra as my show car and Ferrari as my show off car hahahah
zac grant
get a 355 if you can afford it cuz the 348 dont handle very well and they cost just as much to run. expect to pay about 1000 quid a year to keep it on the road. most 348/355 only do between 1000 and 3000 miles a year max. any more than that and they devalue big time. Steve Cargill
I had a play against one with my MR2 turbo and I think I had the edge - just. Speeds didn't really get into triple figures though. A friend recently got a Mondial QV and is paying about £300 a year insurance :-)
michael
I played with one the week I got my car, some daft speeds on the M62 but I pulled away much more than expected That was when the car was standard too. Thing is since I was young I've always had the goal of a Ferrari by the time I'm 30.... I'm 28 now so not much time left, might end up with a 348 for a while to say I've done it
Chris Wilson
If you put me in a de catted but otherwise bone stock auto J-Spec TT, with decent pads and fluid, and who the hell you like in a 348, at a track day, I'll bury the 348... They look pretty, but not got much grunt or grip, IMO. Running costs? If you need to ask don't buy one. NSX is far better, IMO.
lovatt
check out my thread in the kills section, 348 gtb (old one) slaughtered it
Thorin
A mate of mine has one, I'm sure he wouldn't mind me giving you his e-mail address if you wanted to ask him a few questions... Oh and his might be for sale too! LHD though. http://www.kulthea.net/ferrari/index.html
Jay
Had one of these in the bodyshop I get my stuff done at. Aparantly the owner had to have new discs/pads and a cambelt change and didnt get much change out of 3 and a half grand at Ferrari... Was 'nice' but seriously rattly.
