Tork Wheels

I guys,

I have a 98 J-spec TT and I'm in search of a set wheels. Based mostly on the compromise between budget and quality, I have narrowed what I want down to the following:

http://www.1010tires.com/wheel.asp?wheelbrand=Tork&wheelmodel=Imagine+%2D+Hyper+Black

http://www.1010tires.com/wheel.asp?wheelbrand=Tork&wheelmodel=Matrix+%2D+Hyper+Black

I have a few concerns with these which I would appreciate some help in ironing out

- Will they clear the front brakes.

- Is 9" enough width for the back? If so, should I fit a 265 or 275 tire on there?

- How can I estimate how far they will stick out? This is cause I am looking for something which sits almost flush with the body.

I know that with things of this nature we can never be 100% accurate, but any help you can give would be greatly appreciated

THanks

Dudley

basically, the smaller the offset the more the wheels will come out, for example, if you have 9" wheels with a 40mm offset now and you buy 9" wheels with a 30mm offset, they will come out 10mm more than the ones you have now. it get trickier when you change the width, for example, if you have 8" wheels now, you will be adding 1/2" to each side before you take the offset into account.

Hope that helps
