BEERSHZ
we have a female one she's very friendly never bitten anyone and she's handled everyday. My son takes her rabbiting 3 times a week with his mates and their ferretts she loves getting with the others very funny watching them play around in the garden. very easy to keep and dont smell if you keep them clean she loves a bath, fave foods are cat food in jelly, chicken and pigeon meat. i have to admit i hated it at first, reminded me of a rat but now love her to bits
Matt _Aero top_
Thanks for all your comments guys and girls , We have 2 male ferrets which we got on saturday there 10 weeks old and never really been handled before so there a bit nippy at the moment . They don't seem to be that bad if you get them one at once , its when they've been tearing round together for a while and then you try to get them , its as though they wind each other up to be naughty . As beershz said there not really that hard to keep though its just going to be a case of making time for them on a daily basis so they become used to us . So M45sey i'd say go for it regardless of what your missus says as i'm sure she will love them the moment she claps eyes on them . They wasn't expensive to buy just a fiver each , it's the cage and all the trimmings that soon adds up .
