Zantose
Hmmmm, i like the veilside spoiler, but the pics below look different to me. This silver one looks nice: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/leebayford/niceVSspoiler.bmp This black one looks horrible: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/leebayford/horribleVSspoiler.bmp At a guess, would the silver one be a real veilside wing, and the black one be a cheap copy? Can anyone get a decent replica (same as the silver one above), and if so how much? Or if not how much would a real veilside one set me back? Cheers, Lee. Jake
I see what you mean, Mr Ayling's one looks more curved, especially the lower blade. Although I think the colour has something to do with that. But why would you want to stick one of those monstrosities on your car anyway? I think they look ridiculous. Supragaz
Yeah I'm not a fan of the veilside rear wing. Unless you have a TRD Wide body kit or arch extensions I think it sticks out too much IMO;)

Muffleman
Don't think mine looks ridiculous, but then each to their own. http://www.users.totalise.co.uk/~mshosier/MSHPerf/Supra%20Rear.JPG Matt

Supragal
I think those were particularly bad pictures. Have to say that looking at them it's a bit worrying that my car will be the same width as the spoiler
Supragaz
' Have to say that looking at them it's a bit worrying that my car will be the same width as the spoiler' SHOW OFF!!!!!! Must admit Matts car does look nice with that rear wing. Suppose they look different because of the angle they are looked at????
Supragal
Thats the weird thing, the first pics make the spoiler look much much wider than the car but Matts looks almost the same width. Same spoiler (?) same car so what gives? Angles
Muffleman
Definitely to do with the angles. If I look out of my wing mirrors, the wing doesn't stick out past the arches - in fact the wing is narrower than the standard rear wheel arches. Muffleman
Saying that, the black one does look a little strange, I suspect a cheap replica that's been a little 'dimensionally generous' Matt

Soonto_HAS_soop
I hate the holes that are in them, that allow the aerial to extend, I think it looks stupid. You'd ideally have to add a beesting and fill up the holes on the spoiler. Plus I like the standard spoiler as it blends into the rear of the car and can almost disappear, plus it allows easier viewing out of the rear window. Ben.. The Veilside one I have is wider than a stock car. Unless I'm going mad. Or was looking at it from the wrong angle
