Paul R
Hi, My alarm keeps going off on my car and I havent got a manual for it. It's a toad alarm of some sorts. Can I lock the doors remotely but turn off the internal sensors?? I cant just lock the door with the keys as the car is de-locked!! Paul. AJI
Now why would you want to go and de-lock your car ? Is it a Toad Ai606 system ? I have the instruction manual right here........ if you want to arm the system with interior sensors dis-abled then press button 1 twice. Hope that does the job. Soop Dogg
It's the button you use to lock it normally. You have to press it twice within 2 secs. Used to have one of these on an aerotop and had to do this everytime we left the car with the roof off. But it may not be the interior sensors. If it still goes off when you try this, then it'll have to be something else. Check the plungers under the bonnet etc. too. After that get in touch with Matt Harwood. Good luck! Matt Harwood
Next time it goes off, disarm the car, get in and switch the igntion on. Then watch the LED. It'll start flashing to tell you what has triggered the alarm. Count the flashes and let me know how many you get. It'll repeat the flash sequence 5 times.
