Hi

I am after a aftermarket clutch for my supra asap as finally mapped my car up to 1.4bar and the standard clutch lasted 1 day :D.

Anyhow after a clutch that can take 500ftlb of torque +

Have been looking at RPS Street max, southbend and ACT but no one has any in stock and have to wait 2 weeks from states.

Has anyone got any for sale or any traders have anything in stock

Ryan

On the subjects of cluthes, anyone heard of XTD from the states? Been looking for a good one myself and these are 2 replies i have had from the US...

Thank you for the email and if you are making 500-550+ HP and Torque then you will need our Stage 4 racing clutch kit.

OK, the stage 4 race only clutch kit comes with what we call here in the US as our Extreme Pressure Plate. The PP is made with a 3300 lbs clamp load. Meaning the PP clamp load is 3300 lbs. A stock PP is rated at 1200 lbs. Our heavy duty stage 3 PP is rated at 1900 lbs. So, our Extreme PP is 3300 lbs and this set up works best with the aluminum or chromoly racing flywheel. Our PP is the heaviest PP in the US. The more torque you have the more clamp load you will need. The clutch pedal feel is only 35-40% over the stock feel. This mean that you can use this clutch kit for some daily driving. The clutch disc is the same as the stage 3. The 6 puck sprung racing clutch disc. Also we do not offer this clutch kit stage 4 on EBay. Most of our customer will never need a clutch kit that is that strong. They simply do not have the Power. This is why the price for the stage 4 is so much higher then the stage 3. All of the top racers, drifter and drag racers in the US are using our clutch kit stage 4.

We also make a stage 5,6,7,8, and the stage 9. These clutch kit will use the same PP as the stage 4 but the clutch disc is made with different material. These material are too strong for street driving. Track only clutch kit. I hope this has explain the stage 4 race only clutch kit. The price for the stage 4 racing clutch kit for your (MKIV Toyota Supra 3.0l Non Turbo 5 spd model (1994)) is $490.56 USD.

The shipping cost to UK is $121.45 USD. Please note that the overall weight of the package is heavy. The shipping service that you will receive is the USPS Express EMS 3-5 day’s air shipping. With this service you will receive the international tracking, shipping insurance at no extra charge, and the delivery of the clutch kit within 3-5 days not 2-3 weeks. The USPS Express EMS service has received great feedback from our international customers because it gives you peace of mind that the package will arrive shortly. We can also mark the package as a gift to save on the duty. When do you need this clutch kit?

All of our clutch kit are made with brand new parts never been used and comes complete with warranty and bearings/ alignment tool. So let me know so I can help you with this clutch kit.

If you have anymore questions or simply need pricing on any other performance parts then please reply to this email. I am a Distributor of all major brands such as, Apexi, HKS , Blitz, Sparco, Veilside, AEM, GReddy, Bride, RS*R, DC Sports, Injen, R1, Tein, JIC, Endless and also all OEM parts.

I contacted them and never even got a reply! which doesn't impress!

Did some checking around the forums etc and found that they don't have a very good reputation, slipping, rattling etc and apparently the claims of power/torque handling are prone to exaggeration.
