Dragonball
Am getting the turbo tested and flow checked to see what it can do on Monday Will report back! BTW - the wastegate appears to be a 46 mm as std - I also have their HKS 50mm racing copy to test too!
GeordieSteve
Ok I've been thinking about what to do with this kit. If it proves to be half decent kit I wouldn't mind using it (maybe not the manifold). Now I know the lag will be TERRIBLE so would I be able to buy a small turbo to spool up faster and get a manifold made to take them both? I know it's a very amature question but I'm an amature! Cheers
Dragonball
Hi m8 Sorry forgot to post up on this Took the turbo to 'Dynamics' - to see what the smaller one that I got with the kit could do Basically it's a TO4 hybrid which they think would achieve 500-550 RWHP - so a nice upgrade on twin hybrids thats for sure! We are going to put this on a car to check out what this can do - and the manifold etc - dyno it for posterity and then probably swap it for a GT-35 ball bearing turbo for keeps (plan B anyway!) More on the GT-35 later!
