Guys,

How do I know what offset rims I should buy for my 98 j-spec TT?

Took a look at the wheels above, but they specify that they would only fit a non turbo supra. What is the difference between the TT and NA? How am I certain that whatever rims I purchase would fit my car?

i think these are an american brand. All TT's in america have the larger type of supra brakes over which these wheels will not fit.

Most (maybe all in america) non turbos have the smaller type of supra brakes and these wheels will fit over these ok.

So you need to find out what brakes you have on your car to be sure that these will fit.......

thanks scooter.

I know the supra TT had a brake upgrade in 95 or 96. Mine is a 98, so it has the sligtly bigger brakes. Are these still smaller than the US brakes?

there are only 2 types of stock brake setups..........

The larger ones are your typical sporty caliper like all race and high end sports cars have - twin opposing pistons i think they are called......

The smaller type are a sliding caliper type which you find on most modern regular hatches, saloons etc.

A picture would let us clarify it 100%............if you look closely at your cars brakes can you see any part of the back of the brake pads or can you only see the main body of the caliper?
