Pete
I can't believe how difficult it seems to be to find what I'm after. On the Pinto in the Tiger I want to renew all the head studs for attaching the exhaust manifold and the proper nuts for this. Google searches are coming up with nothing relative (maybe I'm calling them the wrong thing?). All local motor factors either don't have them or want to sell me a bag of 50. Are there any decent online shops for buying odds and sods like this? Decent stainless bolts, studs, etc.
Burna
Let me know what you are after and I'll see what I can do buddy
Pete
8 x studs that go into the head. Like these http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/arp/head-studs.html but I need to specify the size as they're not OEM size due to different manifold. They're like threaded both ends with a blank bit in the middle. 40 cm long 1.75cm threaded one side, 1.5 cm threaded the other Also the proper odd shaped nuts that are designed to lock on and withstand the heat. Brass I think?
Pete
Looking at the price of the ARP ones I may well just try and rescue the ones I have I think.
mike_mcevoy
Have you tried Burton Power, they are ford specialists and can do parts for most Ford engines. I get most of the parts for my X-Flow from them. http://www.burtonpower.com Mike
