Setting up a new one would be an additional account for the same person, some people do this to get around the posting restrictions in place, some people do it to act out another character when banned and apparently some people also consider it to remove infractions from their profile. I can't see how this can be considered to be within the forum rules when previous attempts to do the same have resulted in the threat of a ban. You deserved your infraction points, live with them. Thing is mate i'm not a mod and neither are you and if TDR says ok its OK! end of really, and as for the comment about deserving your points...... maybe but luckily for you it aint an ideal world and people dont get what they deserve. and as i cant fight you michael i may as well love you instead. To be clear, it's not acceptable for the same person to have more than one account, active or otherwise. Geneb - if you want a clean slate then we can give you a name change on your existing account. Up to you to change such that you don't get any more points. You can never escape the points you've earned, that's the point of the infractions system.
