RedM
Blimey! Don't half make it go quiet, don't they? I was surprised at first as I couldn't (and still can't) work out how a baffle actually does what it does. Not too different on idle but the weirdest feeling to have no zorst noise on the move. It seemed to work better the more revs I gave it, oddly enough and I also didn't notice any drop off in performance. In fact it seemed to be a little more torquey. Anyways, coming out tomorrow evening.

Thorin
Well my baffle has always been in since I got this exhaust.... cause I can't get the bugger out.
ivan
I daren't put my baffle in because it kills the power and shrieks like a banshee. 300+hp into a 1" hole just don't go.

Thorin
Have you undone the bolt securing it Ahhhh, that'll b.... Yes of course I have I just need a crow bar or something to hook round the back of the baffle and keep tapping it round to get it out. Just haven't been arsed. dandan
I've noticed mine seems a little smoother and more torquey in the sub 2500rpm range with the baffle in.

johnnyknox
Yes a bit of extra back pressure will give you a bit more torque at the lower revs.

RedM
A question with a point to it what exhaust is it and what differences have you noticed?? It's a Greddy Ti and I've noticed that it's too quiet and she does seem slower off the mark but slightly more torquey on the move. Anyway, the big news of the day is that the baffle is out again. WOOT!
