Heater not working.... Brrrr...

Before I dig deep into the thing, can anyone give any advice? Swear it worked a couple weeks ago, then I tried to use it the last week with no joy. All dash indications seem fine, but it simply does not get warm at all.

I have already checked the 50A heater fuse in the engine bay, which looks fine. Is there any other common fault points that I should be looking for?

Thanks!

With the car running (hot) turn the heat level knob and see if you hear a faint motor sound.

Fan must be on one not to drown the sound.

You should hear the directing flaps moving.

If you do then check you heater matrix pipes under the bonnet near the dash- they should be both hot. if not then there is a blockage

If you dont hear the flaps then the flaps are stuck on cold position drawing air in but not pass the heater matrix. then thats yuor problem.
