cool spec and power justin.sounds like you should get a real good time.when you power braking and holding on line the grip is so good it pushes you through beam.in america they also hold on line with handbrake too.never tried that myself.

do you have a line lock yet,you buying the pic the guy took looks a great pic.

also put gregs time in the single turbo list

I have bought a line lock kit but Terry S still has it. Don't need it now really do I?

Handbrake!!! That ain't gonna help my 60's!

Do you think using MANU mode helps? Do you launch in L or 2?

Guest Rays the roof
updated rays new time with nos.sure made a big difference to your time.imaging what you could do with drag radials and an uprated torque convertor. well done on your times.

any info on your nos set up for others.when you use it.is it on full throttle.you picked up 12mph.beat a few tt times and you got a good 60ft time too.updated your 60 foot time too straight in at number 8

new time

01. 13.732 @ 101.12 mph Rays The Roof 60ft 2.042 330ft 5.781 1/8 et 8.846 1/8 mph 80.08 mph 990ft et 11.425 (SZ auto) JAP (S/county) cat back exhaust + NOS

old time

05. 15.75 @ 89 mph Rays The Roof (SZ auto) JAP (Santapod) stock apart from cat back aftermarket exhaust

Set up is straight forward, once connected properly by Turbo Fit (Greg). It's 100 shot with no progressive controller. Connected to kick down position on accelerator, so pedal to the metal in the green light. Nice to see me in amongst the TT stock boys. Next try will be with stock 17's

Nah I have to say I'm not a NOS fan. Prefer to tune in other areas if poss. Will look to get some race fuel in (maybe 106 octane) and up the boost a touch for my next outing. Hopefully this will get me into 11's during a RWYB test day before TOTB.

I'm actually regretting selling my line lock kit that I never fitted now as I reckon this could save some time on power brake release.

Cheers for all your drag tips up to this point Mark.

Justin

Thankyou

I ran pretty much straight after that big break when they cleaned the track up, so air was cool and so was the engine.

Had a little argument with the GF cos she said it was 12.something and I said she must have been reading the slip wrong to start with! Jamiep says he watched that run tho :)
