Guest SteveW's Carole
Thank you Adi, It was a good run up there today - I got 10 runs today and apart from trying to set the rear tyres alight to was really great. (Steve reckons I spun the rear near side tyre for at least 100 yards, due to the stuff they spray on the track,!!!!!!! Video footage is good, even Steves comments!!!!!!) You should see the state of the Nur, its all covered in burnt rubber!!!!! I will definitely do it again..... me and Mitch wasn't it??? Andy Supra
Steve reckons I spun the rear near side tyre for at least 100 yards' date=' due to the stuff they spray on the track,!!![/quote'] If you struggle that much especially this time of year when not much rubber is laid on the surface after the winter wait till you've slow launched and plant foot around 10mph. Even my Ibiza Cupra spun up 3/4's of the way once, heated the clutch and nearly destroyed gear box when went to quick shift. Lowering the Psi in the tyres to about 20psi will also help with traction I tend to find. (just don't do what my mate did let them down to 15psi then realise he'd know means of putting the air back in!! good job lots of friendly people at Santa Pod and he used some-ones compressor)

Guest Rays the roof
Good to see you today Hadyn. Althoufgh not as quick as last time, as the track was cold and slippy off the mark, managed 4 runs low to mid 14's in my NA. Next run will be late April, hopefully with a set of stock 17s on...
