MONKEYmark
hi updated your 60 foot and 1/4 times + put your timeslip in link too.not sure on tyre pressures you will have to experiment.i did best of 2.050 on cheap kuhmo tyres at 35psi you have a lot more power.more practice what works best for you is needed. 17. 13.156 @ 113.37 mph Supra650 Timeslip 60ft 2.458 330ft 6.101 1/8et 8.889 1/8 mph 89.81 mph 1000ft 11.123 (Twin TD05H-18G turbos)(T6) JAP (Santapod) @ 1.1 bar 40. 2.458 Supra650 (Twin TD05H-18G turbos) (TT6) JAP Hi Mark here is a photo of the sheet for extra times etc, Car is only running on 500bhp at mo, (need to get another ecu and upgrade fuelling so keeping it turned down at the moment) turbos are capable of 800bhp+ @29psi so if the upgrades come off hopefully next year could be getting some much better times. Running on street tyres, i have heard that reducing the tyre pressure helps ? if so what pressure would be good ? Stevie Boy
Hi Mark could you update my time on hall of shame.. Still same spec JDM Stock twins, BPU with the additional weight over last pb of spare wheel, big sounds install and a head wind today or technically yesterday at JAP show at the Pod. Haven't worked out how to get a pic onto my prehistoric PC into a post yet (dumbass I know) but can try and sort that out later my marginally better times are as follows: 1/4 ET: 12.84 and 1/4 MPH:112.17 60ft:2.071, 330ft:5.620 1/8 ET: 8.413, 1/8 mph:89.31, 1000' ET: 10.777. It hardly seems worth it compared to last pb time slip but every millisec counts i guess....! Cheers Mark Regards Steve

Yeah the ET mph is weird as my previous best time of 12.856 @116.29mph I was running on stock 17"s on Bridgestones and was fighting for traction and the 12.849 @112.17mph last weekend I was running on my 18"s with slightly wider (budget!) street tires and traction wasn't much of problem this time (either that of the massive burnout i did before run helped with the grip!) Either way I would have thought larger wheels might have given me a higher ET mph (larger radius etc) so not sure whever that was down to extra weight on board or the fact my E-Manage Ignition harness is currently bypassed due to intermittant misfires all tho mapper reckoned there wasn't much deviation from stock Ignition map before anyway so who knows. Don't think i'll run again till i've done some tweaking all tho thats what I said before I went to the Pod last weekend! All the best Steve
