Guest dangerousandy
Hi, I own a 1994 UK-spec twin turbo mk4 and I would like to fit a genuine TRD front strut brace. However, I am pretty sure that the UK-spec air intake on the bonnet will foul the brace when I try to close the bonnet!! either that or the ducting that meets the bonnet vent will. Can anyone advise me on this before I buy the damm thing! I do not wish to loose my bonnet either!! Kind regards, Andy.
DannoSupra
UK's got the resistor pack bolted down to the top of the strut... If you re-position somewere, i think you'll be fine!
uk-rich
it WILL catch the scoop on the underside of the bonnet

Sharpie
I had my scoop trimmed to allow it to fit. The yellow dots show the outline.
