Another thing to note on these is that the turbo has no boost control at the moment, the wastegate is feed direct from the manifold.

With boost control setup (on my to do list) I will be able to bring in more boost earlier as I can prevent the wastegate opening until I want it too.

Was always my goal to go single and I like the amount of control it offers.

These plots are from my single which still needs some mapping.

I have ready to install a 3.5bar MAP, 650cc Injectors and a new GM IAT sensor. Just need some light warm weather or a nice big garage to get it all done.

You need to set up a narrower set of y axis' on those graphs to get better resolution :) It's hard to see what the O2 sensor is getting up to, and the RPM chart goes up to 12000rpm+ :O

Looks good though, can you get at the results in table/csv format?

You can expand each channel so that the max/mins Y axis are whatever the max/min Y values are. There's also a statistics tool which enables you to see what the max min Y values are, for each logged value, and it also tell you at what value of x they occur. VERY handy piece of kit.

Just some great information that one can glean from this system by the looks of it!

At 1.2 bar and 7000 RPM IIRC my duty with the 440's was around 85%. That's also with an > 1:1 FSE fuel regulator. A definite testiment not to run more than 1 bar with stock regulator and 440cc injectors. They just aren't man enough.

Here is an example of some output in text format, the amount of data is huge plus you can manually change the sample rate, i currently have mine on approx 50 samples a second as i am only interested in approx 20mins of data at any one time.

Wez,

How do you set-up the internal logging? Basically I want it to log continuously, and loop around once it's done. I've set the conditions that I want so that it should log all the time (eg speed>0, load>-20, throttle>0) but I can't actually get it to start logging. If I go to the logging menu, and click start it basically want's to start external logging. I've obviously missed something.

Cheers mate,

Tony

you need to set the switched input to always on or a switch you have wired up, plus always log needs to be on if i remember correctly, see attached image.

EDIT: just to add that to download you have to have ignition on but engine off and select download internal logs from the ECU menu.

Fantastic stuff  The graphs are all well and good for an overview but load site tuning needs that level of data IMO :)
