Leeky
Now this may sound stupid but on an auto does the d (drive) letter light up on the rev counter like the other gears do? I just noticed my D doesnt light up which is most likely the bulb but i thought i'd just make sure as i cant remember for sure if it does light up. Also on the centre column you have the two rows of buttons above the radio for the heater etc. My lower row lights up but are the top ones supposed to because mine dont. Possibly a new bulb there too?
terribleturner
Im pretty sure the D light does light up. Think it's green. The row above the heater controls. Is this the row than contains "rear" in it?? If so again im pretty sure they do too.

paul mac
you are a brave man if you take on replacing the "D" light for the auto, i started with all good intentions but gave up, the lights for all the other controls are pretty straight foward though

paul mac
if you manage this photographic evidence will be required, failure is inevitable, like 50 says just stick it in drive and ignore the blown bulb like i do ..................and that blown bulb laughs at me everytime i get in the car !!!!!! dangerous brain
I will be whipping mine out 2moro (the gauge cluster you sick muppets) I will take a picture of it. I have a spare gauge cluster but its from a manual so the pics of that would be no use.
Leeky
Ok so i did all the bulbs today and i dont know what you guys are on about as it was a peice of cake Once you get the dials out of the car and onto the desk you simply remove the clear plastic front, the black dial rings bit, un-do the 3 screws at the rear of the rev counter and disconnect the the flexible data cable from underneath and the bulbs are simple to change Took some pictures and will scan them in an post them once i get them back from boots:D
