SimonB
Hi Guys, Anyone know where the fuel pump relay is sitting on a 1995 TT Euro spec ? A photo would be absolutely great. Tks again Niels from Denmark There isn't one as such. There is a fuel pump ECU which is in the boot in the left hand wheel arch area. The power gets to that via the main EFI relay, which also switches the fuel injectors, ignitors etc. That one is in the main fuse box.
Chris Wilson
Still struggling Niels? Have you got wiring diagrams?
Guest Vangsoe
Hi Chris, Yes i am...checked the crank position sensor as we spoke about - nothing wrong here. Also checked all the wiring - no probs. Checked the cam pos sensor as well - all OK - so now i am consentrating on the fuel pump relay / or ECU as mentioned by SimonB - No - unfortunately i have not got a wiring diagram so its been al voltage / resistance check till now...damn thing drives me nuts :-) Tks Niels

Wez
Circled in red from memory, the two 30amps are the EFI fuses and the two relays are also for EFI if my memory is correct.

Turn your ignition on without starting the engine and the fuel pump should only prime and then stop, if it continues to run you would still have fuel flow in the event of a nasty accident, not a good idea.
