Its all retrospective depending on your height and build.

I'm just under 21 st, but at 6ft 6 and a 38" waist. When I went to my new docs to register, my BMI was classed as obese. The doc took one look at me, crossed it out and put average.

i been as high as 92kg now down to 87.5kg on scales we weigh our work on.they go up to 1500kg so can handle any fatty you throw on them.

would love to get down to 82kg.think im about high 13 stone. maybe low 14.

everybody who walks past scales are always seeing how much they weigh.a young woman about 4 foot 5 went on last night and she was 49kg

just checked im 13.8stone at 5 foot 10

NOOOO!

All this talk of weight made me go and weigh myself, I've dropped from 20st to 19st 6lbs, mainly because of a lack of training the last week or two due to a injured shoulder.

12 years of training and currently beign a gym manager means 14st is a distant memory.

Hello to all the little blokes reading this.

Whats weird for me is that until Christmas last year I've been 13 stone...ever since I was 19, thats 28 years at a constant weight. I'm happy to be heavier, I always felt a bit skinny at 6' 2". Then again hope its not a symptom of something.
