Havard
Not judged by money, and I agree that the subsidising will go back and forth during the relationship, but have to be prepared for the worst. So if you were/are a millionaire would you marry without a pre-nup. Anyone seen The Break-Up? Only takes one little argument over a bag of lemons and then a bit of game playing and its the end. No mate, I would obviously get a pre nup but what I'm saying is what you earn or what items appreciate while you are together should be 50/50 no matter how much difference there was in the beginning! Like the realistic arguement from the "Break up" too...... H.

Anything we have earnt together since is shared equally. It is up to Willson. He obviously wants a better cut than 50/50 so I was just giving him a suggestion hehe
Max Headroom
Kick her out now, very mercenary of you. I bought a house with my wife, and anything we have is 50/50, we are in a relationship not business partners. What basis of a relationship are you going to have if you are worried about who gets what? Are you going to fight over the shopping because she spent her money on buying it? Sort out your trust issues before you continue the relationship and put the house on hold.
Willson
Ok thanks everyone for your help. This whole thing has come about because I am basically a miser lol Obviously she was not happy with with my proposal and whilst I was only trying to work out was mathematically "fair" it is possibly not the right thing to do. So I will go with her simple solution of getting back what we put in and splitting the rest 50/50. Cheers
