supradriver
What size alloys are best because I don’t want my ride height to be changed too much, I have stock 16’’ at the moment and it looks pretty good and low. If I were too put say 19’’ alloys on would I be looking like a 4x4. I would like some nice alloys on my supe but unsure what size too have; any one have any advice
merckx
You always try to keep the diameter of the tyre near stock. As you increase the wheel diameter the sidewall height reduces, this keeps the ride height near to stock too.
supradriver
What would you suggest then
supRo
Most people agree decent 18's as a good compromise for looks/handling/durability. Some people slate 19's as they say handling/comfort becomes rubbish and damages suspension components and wheels bearings much quicker. I have Axis 19's - Handling is very good and comfort is no different to my Weds 18's. If you change wheel size, get the geometry checked out/adjusted. SupraGirlie
I'd say 18"s were the best all round to go for.
