jase_93tt
BMW admiration - oh dear. You are not very well at all Michael If it was a porsche, I could forgive you, but not BMWs or Audis
Guest Chumpalot
I would give my first-born child in return for an R8.
Thorin
I would give my first-born child in return for an R8. You don't like kids very much then?
tbourner
When we were wedding dress shopping, and she'd picked one that was particularly expensive, I said "I want an Aston Martin DB9 but I can't because it's too expensive!", the salesman man then made the mistake of asking me which I'd prefer, and Aston Martin DB9 or my fiancee's happiness - needless to say she now has the dress she wanted, and I don't speak the truth in front of her any more. Havard
Just had a rep to see me, he has the new Mondeo. I hate to say it but its a very nice looking car. The front end especially. Shame they forgot about the back then Ewen, it's hideous!! H.
Sheefa
Shame they forgot about the back then Ewen, it's hideous!! H. Agreed. No amount of free balloons and a briefcase full of cash would make me buy one. They are absolutely vile. However, I bet the drive is pretty good. I'm looking at getting the old ST24 for my runaround. turbonut
Oh dear michael, you have a foot on the slippery slope! Actually there are a handful of beatifully designed cars on the road but they certainly are in a minority. Audi's have simple, clean lines, although angular, which carries through to the cabin - very tidy but square and dull and overall lacking the fluid, sexy lines of the supra (just my 2p worth ) I've heard a localy owned RS4 go growling by a few times now and it always makes me smile. Have to appreciate the engineering! But if you can afford two cars.... Lx
michael
I'm not suggesting that I'd go out and purchase these cars with my own money, I just appreciate their aesthetics, I've already seen too many examples of both for them to be "special" cars.
