im not too fussed about prices dropping either, altough its what that brings that makes me upset about there rapid loss in price. i.e any old chav being able to get hold of one. as soon as chavs are able to by a TT then its game over for the supras rep. Its probably happening with the N/As now or soon as they are so cheap now its untrue

they probably wont be able to run one for long, and will probably crash showing off, so chavs wont be owners for long. very bad thing is tho, more supras will be coming of the road, possibly upping the respect for them?? less supes around, when ppl do see them on the road, theyll still love them??as the dont see them much?

definatly not yet for sure. the supra at the moment is still ahead of the game i agree. but still, in a couple of years will that still happen? i hope so

The Supra was well ahead of the game in the styling front. look at the likes of modern Astons, jags and ferrari they have all taken design influences from the Supra in one way or another.

Personally i don't like the look of the modern cars they seem to have horrible jagged edges and lines that don't flow in to anything.

Give me the curves of the Supra any day ;)

Your so right col! I think that's why i like the supra so much as it reminds me of some of the classics that i grew up with going to car shows as a kid i.e. jag xk120, e-type, Big austin 3000, spitfire mk3 etc etc!

That's because you're not

They're back in fashion. Retro. I blame that cop back in time program. ;)

Your right there are loads of kids at college with them apparently they are "sick" and "phat like you moma with a ph" and they "flex" in them :search:

I think they still look terrific if they have been well cared for. They day people don't notice it's presence to the road I will get ride of mine!!

I have been looking for another car that "floats my boat" but there are none for less than 30K......:(

I dont think the shape of the supra will ever date badly to be honest. I still get kids in the morning pulling on there parents tops pointing at the car as I drive bye, teenagers watching it purr down the street, people of all ages taking the odd picture of the beast while I'm sitting in a restaurant. I was even waiting to get fish and chip's from a chippy (odly enough) and everyone in there was eyeing it up, but the only one that went out and had a good snoop about the car was an old lady of about 70-80years young. Even my Dad wants one and everyone at work is a bit jealous. No, the supra is one of those cars that has those 'classic' lines and shape, and a car that appeals to every age group isnt going to die a death. Its people like us lot who look after them and keep them going that does the car proud and too right. A car with such good lucks and performance to match will just become an icon of what Toyota produced in 1993 to blow away the competition. In my opinion the supra will become a classic and a very sought after car to people like ourselves (well hopefully).

it dont matter what people think or say as long as we all enjoy our cars its are pride and

joy and thats all that counts. some cars no matter how old they are still look cool for example i think that the mk1 ford escort rs1800 still looks the dogs hairy balls and its 40 years and going.

why are soo many people bothered about whether others like or dislike the car? i bought mine because I love supras not because my nieghbour or postman likes/dislikes them. no matter whta car you buy there will be mixed opinions and one day it will be an old car.
