Pete Posted August 19, 2007 Share Posted August 19, 2007 I managed to wash the ZR at least. Still, it was a good excuse to sit and a bum about on the Mac and sort a few issues. I have Front Row working on the MacBook streaming movies, music and TV programs from the iTunes upstairs to the TV controlled by the Apple Remote. Also installed iLife and iWork 08, fixed personal file sharing to transfer files between machines. Sorted the VPN to the work network and got WINS look ups working. I can remote into Windows boxes, SSH to the UNIX boxes and using Chicken of the VNC control the Mac Workstation. Now I'm going to figure out how to migrate music from iTunes on the MacBook to the workstation. All in all, a lot done. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

chilly Posted August 19, 2007 Share Posted August 19, 2007 Its been freezing today up here....this has been the worst summer for along time. Had loads of BBQs last year, with the World Cup been on.
