Traders (Group Buy) - Oil Catch Tank

Recommended Posts

Guys,

I am after a branded Catch tank (Greddy, Cusco etc) for my Supe so would you kindly post up a price incl delivery.

There may be every chance that the forum would be willing to do a Group-Buy so I am prepared to wait.

Regards to all,

Andrew

You cant just start a group buy mate :rlol:

it has to be approved by moderators .....unless traders start one in their section. Although Id have to check up on that second bit :read:

Ahh, I didn't read the rules mucca.

Put this thread on hold until authorisation is given/declined.

I was only thinking along the lines that I wanted something so lets give everyone else a chance - it's an army thing!!;)

Best Regards and apologies:)

No point starting a list re a possible group buy until it is approved by the mods.

The idea being that you approach us with the idea and the details of your chosen supplier, then we approach the Traders and see if any wish to take advantage of a group buy so that you the member can enjoy a lower price on the premise of a group buy.

A trader however can start a GB at anytime in their section if they so wish, that's the one of the advantages they get to enjoy for being a forum trader.

So say from example member A approaches supplier X re a product, and supplier X says I can do them at this price if you get me say 25 interested parties, member A asks chosen forum mod for permisssion. (Mawby & Rosie currently deal with GB's). Then said mod approaches forum traders asks if they have any objections or wether they want to undertake the GB themselves and try and get a better price for members than the price member A was quoted by supplier X as the chosen forum trader may use supplier Y who supplies the same product but at a slightly cheaper price.

Outcome:

Members get same product cheaper, using approved forum trader rather than unknown supplier X which then avoids a glut of threads in dispute resolution which there have been a number of recently because supplier X proved unreliable and member A ends up out of pocket because the products they supplied was shite and they didn't have the protection of using an approved forum trader.

Savvy? ;)
