Exactly, it's down to personal choice at the end of the day. I just got sick of looking the part in my Supe and not been able to back it up with the power.

thats the same as the wife, she has the car with the looks, sounds great but now she wants to be able to back it up as well with the performance.

Well, do those cars have the style, and looks of the Sup? No they don't, do they have the fantastic traction of the MkIV Sup? No they don't, are they a Sup?... No they're not...

So why compare these low life piles of Toss to the car, and say they're even close to the car?... Sorry, I don't have forced induction, and I wish I did!... I made a cock up when I bought my car! I thought the auto box was shit! But now I'm here I know it isn't...

But I know from what I've beaten the NA has still got a stack of lead in it's pencil...

jspec TT's came with "normal" non uk spec brakes anyway. so souldnt make any difference in my mind.

That won't stop the insurance co's taking their pound of flesh though. :(

Indeed - there is not much logic to them. I guarantee that if I put the "big red" turbo brakes on my NA 964 - without changing power etc. - my insurance would go up.
