Branners
also depends which bit of london you are going to? There are some roads that are not in the congestion zone so you can skirt round the edge (or go straight through it round the Chelsea area) if you know how to. Gazboy
i live in the zone and its actually 7am to 6pm http://www.cclondon.com/infosearch/dynamicPages/WF_ZoneCheck_W.aspx What's happening regarding the 90% grace being lifted for residents? Have you been consulted or do you have to do all the legwork to vote against it?
Dazzi
Didn't they change it to 18.30? It says on the signs before going into the center.
Robert
They moved it to 6pm when they increased the zone, it used to be 6:30pm. Gazboy, i've not heard anything about removing the residents discount, they will have a fight on their hands to do that.

Isn't that about £6500 a year? People buying your house will really think about that if it comes to a choice between a house inside the zone, and one just outside it. Robert
i'm moving in a month or so to just outside the zone (maida vale) so when he does bring this crap in i won't be affected to much, although saying that the zone will cover everything inside the m25 soon enough.
