Face Lift Front Clear Indicators

Recommended Posts

I can't find the parts I need on my parts discs, I am looking for the bulb holders that fit the face lift front clear indicators.  Each lamp has two bulb holders one for indicator and one for sidelight.

Does anyone know the part numbers numbers? Part numbers for push in orange indicator bulbs also required.

LOL...i was recently asked this same question by another member.

The Jap disks you have can display facelift parts but you have to get them to show a 97 year car, can't remember how i did it now.

Anyway there were two different part numbers one for the left and the other for the right, but i think for what you are after two of either will be enough.

Just  thinking  about  what  Martin Said about  97  cars.  By selecting  Supra then entering a date in 97, I use  09-97 the  face lift comes up, got all the numbers I need now.

Just for reference.

Part  numbers  are  as  follows:

Plug assembly Front Turn Signal Lamp RH  PN 81515-14390

                                                   LH  PN 90075-99080

Lamp Bulb 12V 21W Orange                    PN  9081-13043

I think so, you would just need to solder an extension from the  head lamp side light wire, as I think it would be a bit short.  Obviously the lamp units will be required.  I hope to remove the orange blobs soon. The clear face lift lights look so much better even when just held against the car.

My orange blobs are mounted at an angle, a bit like the face lift lamps.  Looking at the unit they fit right on to the old mounts. I have taken the side fixing off, as I don't want to drill into the bumper. I will use DS panel fixing tape if the lamps require more support.  I will post some pics of the swap.  The looms are ordered, I just have to wait for them to arrive

They fit but you need to drill 1 hole on each side...It's very obvious when you get them.

Mine fitted into my stock 93 bumper no problems at all..the hardest part is wiring them up. you have to splice the wires :(

I have the lamps and looking at them against  the  car the  tops of the lamp will be flush with the opening. So I am assuming I can use some  of  my super sticky body tape to give additional fixing.

As for splicing, you have to cut the old  plugs off and join the wires together. After fitting the RL ABS wires this should be easy.

Phil,

If you drill the extra hole that is required in the right place you won't need extra fixing!! You should have taken a closer look at mine when we went to Bolney...oh well...

its hard to see clearly but on my site www.agholdroyd.f9.co.uk (Supra Centre, My Supra) You can see how flush they are..

It really is just a case of getting the drill point correct...though use additional sticky taape if it'll make you happy!! ;)

Were you ever on Blue Peter??? ;)
