Gerry
Coming home from Bath last night (about 10.30PM) when I was overtaken by the International Space Station followed by the space shuttle Endeavour. It was really clear, like a cross between a very bright star and a plane. I’ve got so much admiration for those guys, how must you feel when you are sitting on top of a bomb waiting for someone to “light the blue touch paper” when you know that once it’s lit absolutely nothing is going to stop it from burning to the end, one way or another Even though they were seven up they still managed to pass me at about 17,000 MPH (pity I wasn’t in the Supe) … Respect…. Gerry
Just select your nearest town & it will tell you when to look out for it ! Think they maybe docked now, when I first saw it the space shuttle was chasing the space station.
