loks Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 There are more videos of the "Shockwave" jet powered semi truck but this is the only one that shows the timing boards 'bout 5 sec pass @ 160mph and they seem to turn off the power half way down the track - probably because they have have more trouble stopping than most drag stuff... Apparently the Shockwave truck can do something like 375mph... yFavbPEPYWA Don't kill the messanger... There is even a video of one these guys burning to death after his rig caught fire... not nice. Anyway, yeah that truck was on Mean Machines on Discovery on Saturday, the family own a few, one smaller one was a 50s truck, fastest trucks in the world iirc.
