Guest azzasxi
Like any high performance car it also comes down to how you drive it also, ie if your always booting it , of course the engine and even the box will go but like i say we have a tvr tuscan speed six with no problems apart from the clip and couple more lads i no with faultless cars, it comes down to pp really as i much prefer my old evo 5 over the tuscan but there plenty of people would ould say diffrent, servicing is around £1500 an annual with maybe £350 in between, Tvr's love the oil and water so keep an eye out for them also as that can cause major headach's Like i say if you look after it , im sure the car will be pretty much faultless
Mike B
I did a lot of research on these as I nearly bought one. few stories of the cam chain snapping, and the indicator stalk snapped off the one I drove, but, if driven every other day and not caned to death from cold they are not too bad so I hear... had a few friends who didn't have any problems. maybe down to rich guys owning them, and thrashing the tits off them once a month, letting them rot inbetween. be prepared to get your hands dirty though I recon. If the Cerbs get cheap I would love an AJP as a second car to the sup!

Mike B
tbh 8 owners probably equates to 8 people who couldn't live with it. could you be number 9? lol

So this car is that good it's had 8 owners in 10 years? Put it this way, 8 people have said to themselves "I don't want this car anymore" Faulty door solinoids aren't unheard of, but lets get real here, it just shouldn't fucking happen. What if it packs up while you and yours are inside it? What if it happens while the car is on fire? Would you mind if your Supras door decided it was going to take the day off?
