heartworm Posted August 4, 2007 Share Posted August 4, 2007 Got a laptop with full warranty accidental damage the lot on it, anyway the charger got broken, my fault, Sent it to them, it takes them over a fortnight to send me a replacement out, and theyv'e sent the wrong one that doesn't fit the laptop. Phone them up, theres nothign we can do about it at the weekend. so much for the 24 hour help line :@ I very almost bought my G/F one for her uni course from them, it shall not be from them. It was to be paid for monthly but they took out the full amount, incurring bank charges etc and leaving her skint for a week or so untill they sorted it.
