mattanna Posted July 27, 2007 Share Posted July 27, 2007 I'm sure you will be ok DB, but if you hit your head and were not wearing a helmet then keep an eye, as you say vomitting is a sign of head injury as well as blurd vision etc, if you are sick i suggest you go to an ED, also monitor pains,swelling in any areas, being in the trade that is my best advice, but severe headaches with vomitting would be a sign to seek medical help, or at least a check over. dangerous brain Posted July 28, 2007 Author Share Posted July 28, 2007 OUCH mc Ouchy ouch ouch is how I am this morning I am being dragged off to hospital this morning by my other half. Wasn't sick last night and my head is only banging a little bit this morning so hopefully the concussion isn't too bad. I can see out of my left eye this morning as well so thats a bonus. I've taken an anti inflammatory pain killer half an hour ago, I didn't think it prudent to have one last night. Yes drinking and cycling here can carry the same penalties as drink driving and I really didn't need my license taking away from me. This morning I feel like a right twit. Drinking and using any transportation (even your legs if you are that bad) isn't clever. I am just glad I didn't wipe anyone else out on my suicide mission I'll let yee's know what the hospital says later on but my guess is, go home and take it easy and monitor the old headache.
