Pictures iin the garage

the maximum size for a photo to be uploaded into your garage is something like 500000 pixels? my photos must be larger than this as i cant upload them.

 

So my question is how do you shrink them? is there a way using MS office or do you need some software from the net?

Just right click the pic file and select edit, it will open the pic up in paint brush. Then just click "image" then select stretch/screw, and reduce horizontal and vertical by the same amount.

You should be able to reduce it as a percentage on MS Picture editor??

yup you should be able to do it in MS Picture/Paint etc.

 

But there is a sneaky way to do it in Office! Aslong as you have version XP or 2003 (or later) attach your photo to an e-mail, click on attachment options and it will ask you if you want to reduce the file size before sending! then just e-mail it to yourself
