The Sparco harness bar is the thing I've got in mine to attach the shoulder harnesses too DB, you've seen it. There's something on Supraforums about it stiffening up aerotops - apparently you can have the harness bar or the floor brace but not both because they both attach at the bottom seat belt mount point.

Ummmm, Just my two penn'th but if that attaches across the centre of the car then it's going to do precisely bugger all to contribute to the chassis stiffness (unless it somehow acts as a torsion bar and it would have to be a hell of a lot more robust to do that).

 

It's corner to corner bracing that you need. This is why the aerotop loses so much stiffness when you take the roof out. You take 50% of the across-corners structure away.

Because it won't do what it says on the tin, probably weighs a kilo or more, costs a disproportionate amount and lives under the seats anyway.
