madmunky
Been searching and it seems no one has done this before, there are kits around to make one of the break lights into the fog light but you have to install a switch on the dash, why do people not wire it in to the exsisting fog light switch on the indicator stalk? Ian C
Because that controls your front spots and there are times you may want them on and not the rear fogs. For example a narrow lane at night to light up the verges more effectively. -Ian

Digsy
The regs also require you to have an indicator lamp on the dash telling you your rear fogs are on, so you would have to add a seperate dash lamp anyway.
