dangerous brain
I took the dash apart the other day and since have noticed that I have a flashing O/D off light when not in gear. I have RLTC and until recently had a flashing trac light. I disconnected the trac switch which solved the flashing light issue. Was that a bad idea? I also disconnected the active spoiler switch cos that was annoying me as well. Now until recently I had a turbo timer mounted on top of the steering column and couldn't see if the O/D off light was flashing or not so I don't know if it started before or after i buggered about with the dash. If it has no effect and no other reason than the RLTC being fitted then its not that much of an annoyance to worry about. If disconnecting the trac switch has implications then someone please pipe up.

dangerous brain
I wasn't fiddling I was just fitting my sattelite tracking device, which incidentally aint workin properly Works well enough to keep popping up a k-band alert on the snooper though When i took the dash and and stereo out it started a whole host of niggly bloody leccy faults that I had to try and sort out.
