I've just had the most rewarding bowel movement in years.

Took a while to get going, I was sat there for at least 8 minutes pushing gas before it finally engaged. Once locked in though it was deliciously slow and smooth. All good things come to an end however, and I sat there in the after-glow for a while, reflecting on how something so bad could be so good. The wipe was economical, no need for a repeat. Job done, I sighed as I prepared to return to the world downstairs.....purgatory awaited me I knew, but I'm strong I thought as I gave myself a wink in the mirror and turned the light out.

Art-Thief Caught Red-Handed

Updated: 20:59, Saturday July 21, 2007

One of Britain's most prolific art-thieves, Steven Donaldson, has just been arrested after being apprehended during a robbery at Londons National Gallery.

Donaldson, 47, alledgedly claimed during his arrest that he "needed the Monet to buy Degas to make his Vangogh"
