razza Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 took me an hour to do 7 miles, every bloody road I went down was flooded so I had to turn back, times like this I wish I had a 4x4 as a second car..... couple of times I thought I was actually a boat, preying water wasn't going up my exhaust and in the front. Class One Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 Our village was cut off at one point today. I ended up in one puddle where my exhaust was nearly completely submerged. Just had to keep pushing the bow wave forward and keep going. Have to say though the car behaved very well in the wet, although the 265 rear tyres were struggling a bit with dispersal.
