Ian W
nah, think i'd sooner hand it in than take the chance of being seen taking money that wasn't mine.
juanchan
It would have sucked it back in after a while if no-one had taken it. But fair plays to you for handing it in!

Pig
This happened to me once (when i was much younger) as soon as i noticed it, i turned around to call the guy back but he was gone into the croud....kept it. If it happened now i think i would do the same as you though
JustGav
Actually the thing about karma is I reckon it does work... About 7 years ago, I found a similar thing, an envelope with about £1k in it, and I handed it back in and that was the end of it. a year later, I was stuck in london, I'd left my wallet in the office and was waiting at waterloo for a mate to phone me back with an idea of how to get home, when a £20 note blew past me... picked it up, looked around nobody there and used it for my train ticket home... Havard
I have done this twice now. Gone to the machine, pressed a few buttons and walked off without either my card or the cash on different occasions. Luckily the guy ran after me and gave me my £20 back. When I forgot my card, a young lady took it into the bank..!! I have been very lucky twice now. There are a lot of honest people around after all....... H.

jazz1
you done a good thing i remember i found 10 pounds on the street when i was young and other kids were playing around the area so me being greedy i decided to drive on my bike quickly and take it. Then after driving off with no hands on the steering rack of the bike all of sudden it lost control and i fell. After getting up i noticed half my tooth was missing, now im stuck with half false tooth
