edge Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 I was listening to the radio the other week and they had a brain teaser question WHAT IN AN ENGINE SERVES NO PURPOSE BUT WITHOUT IT IT WOULDNT WORK? (obviously if it had an air supply into the combustion chambers) there's no noise in space. actually thinking about it, it would have to be a specialised engine with a sealed air-flow...... actually thinking about it even more is doing my head in so I'm not going to type anything else !!
