Pot
The only end of the world thing I can think of in 2012 is those damn olympics... As for global blah blah, I found the best way of getting rid of one of those Friends of the Earth people in town that harass you today, by telling her I was in a rush to go and burn a pile of tyres... Poor girl was left on the pavement gobsmacked...

Supragal
How many end of the world dates have been and gone though? Anyway, it won't be the end of the world, it's just a cycle. Hot, cold, life, hot, cold, life. Etc.
tbourner
It's the end of the world for us though, and that's the important bit - don't care what comes after us really.
bolarbag
I have a theory.....forget Nostradumpus and all his gang, we'll all know when the end is nigh when the banks stop giving out 25year mortgages and the credit card companies give us a deadline to pay them off! I can just see jazz1 now, trembling at the opening of every bill

Can't imagine it'll happen in our lifetime though... so don't have any kids then there's nothing to worry about!
AndrewOW
Our existence on this planet is still a teeny blip in its history. If we can preserve our way of life then great, but the planet won't miss us if we fail. Maybe I'll buy myself a boat, just in case of rising waters! Mad Cas
Bring on teh Apocalypse. You realise this will mean adapting our supras to cope with the conditions. I'm taking my inspiration from stuff like this:
Animal
Hell yeah - Black on Black! Now if only we could fit blowers like that to our Supes.

Daston
If a friends of the earth person complains to me I just ask them if they like warm weather. if they say yes then I tell them they should thank me.
jase_93tt
If and when it happens, if the worlds gonna end, its gonna end, simple as that. If we are destined to become wiped out and extinct like dinosaurs, then shit happens. I aint gonna lose sleep over it
