Scroll down to the Traveller screens. http://www.ivojo.co.uk/projection-screens-pull-up.htm http://www.draperinc.com/Screen_Pages/Traveller_projection_screen.htm Cost £580 new. Not really sure on 2nd hand value. Make me offers I say mint, it's a bit dusty but other than that you may as well be buying new. Collection from Hampshire preferred, I could courier it but I'd have to find out a cost!

chilli
hmmm could be interested but it's not widescreen is it, by the time a widescreen image is on there it's effectively quite small
Supragal
Sadly it's not that good anymore. That was my rented house a few years ago, it's in a smaller room now so doesn't sound as good as it did That said, the speakers have been upgraded since then. One day I'll have some money and buy a bigger place. At least that's what I keep teling myself.
Robert
If it's for sale in a month or so, i'll have it Rosie. My new place will be ready then i hope and i was looking for a nice big screen
Supragal
hmmm could be interested but it's not widescreen is it, by the time a widescreen image is on there it's effectively quite small It's 4:3 so I could use it for games consoles as well as films. You just get a white area with no picture on. Not sure it makes much difference... a 16:9 screen that's 80" wide will still give you same viewable area? Not sure it makes much difference... a 16:9 screen that's 80" wide will still give you same viewable area? you're right, it doesn't make a lot of odds, just since it's only 100" 4:3 it makes a small screen for wide-screen films as projector screens go. you want to do what I can do in the spare room, I can use the whole wall which gives something like a > 18-20ft screen
Supragal
Bloomin hell that's a massively wide spare room!! How long is it if it's 20ft wide? My lounge isn't even 20ft wide!!
stevie_b
I can use the whole wall which gives something like a > 18-20ft screen Although I guess having the screen means you can stil hang pictures etc on the wall behind, and any blemishes on the wall wouldn't matter. You do indeed have a large one sir. (free bump for Rosie)
