SilverMachine
5 mins from home and..."bang!" A badger decides to cross the road. Looking at my options it's either get the front repaired or go through the insurance and (hopefully) get it changed for something diferent! It never rains but it pours. hoff
Badgers will beat just about anything. Unlucky though. Its not a bad one to repair but if you can get one ioff the insurers and it not really effect your premium go for it.

SilverMachine
Hi Hoff, The irony is, after stopping to see about the wounded, the badger just walked away. Absolutely bullet-proof (unlike my car). Chatted to Sky this morning, they tell me that there will be a 10% increase in my premum next year. Added to that the excess and I'm looking at change from £300. What's a bloke to do? I've been in touch with the traders and not many have anything in stock, so it could be that I wait up to 5 weeks for a new replacement or fix it. oh brother! Guest Chumpalot
best thing that could of ever happened to a Veilside front imo... joking of course. Sorry to hear that mate, hope you get it sorted.
SilverMachine
I can't even claim off the badger as he walked off. Surely that's a crime in itself! There should be a law against such things. I'd reconise him in a line up though. Big, fat, missing a few teeth and with fiberglass in his fur. LMFAO Gaz

hoff
Try and get a quote of a bodyshop for the repair. 3 days work at most I reckon. Also have you tried Knightracer, they usually have some noses in. Hopefully it'll work out for you matey:)
