RobSheffield
Do i need to lubricate the o-rings at all to prevent them from pinching and/or tearing? I have seen advice to cut the PHR mounting lugs down slightly, is this wise and if so, by how much?!
SimonB
Just use a bit of petrol on the o-rings to help them go in. Not sure what you mean about the mounting lugs. Do you mean the brackets that hold the rail on?
TLicense
As Simon said. I didn't cut down the mounting lugs on mine. However initially I put an O'ring on the injector collet, then following Dimtri's advice I got the collets welded to the inlet runner. michel lane
SPIT on the "O" rings , acts as good lubrication, So the wife tells me .... if you havent got a welder , then just use RTV silicon sealent for the collers.
