carl0s
Hit the search button at the top and entered "car on bricks" and I got: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/mkivsupra/htdocs/vbb/search.php on line 1028 Other searches seem to work. carl0s
Ditto :S Same search term or something different? I think it might have actually killed the BBS momentarily because I was getting no response for a good 10 seconds after my last try.
Ewen
I get this all the time with multiple word searches. I'm a computer numpty, but I assumed it was due to common words like 'cars' and 'on' and 'micheal' that was killing it:)

I've never seen it before though!
carl0s
OK. It's the word "car" that does it, even by itself.
mawby
I think it's time to change the search engine. It's gonna hammer the server for a while but hopefully it'll get rid of the memory problems.

Jake
All done. I don't think it's working properly now though Lee. When you search for two or more words it does an OR search. ie. a search for threads with the key words banana and qwzxqw will return threads that contain the word banana but not qwzxqw. Is there a way to use the new search engine with boolean values?
