They stop climbing your legs when they become too heavy to hold themselves on their claws (usually around 6 months).

Not sure about bullying, if they're siblings they should know when to stop when one starts yelping - otherwise it's just play fighting.

Really? I have to have a word with my girls ...

 

... at least I've managed to stop them climbing up onto my shoulders when I'm not wearing a top in the mornings. Ouch.
